CANCELLATION - RETURN CONDITIONS

 

OVERVIEW

  1. If you order electronically via the respective website, you are deemed to accept the pre-notification form and distant sales contract presented to you.

  2. Regarding the sales and delivery of the purchased products, the buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distant Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and also the other respective laws in force.

  3. The shipping fees shall be covered by the buyer as the product delivery costs.

  4. Each purchased product are delivered to the person and/or organization residing at the address provided by the buyer, ensuring that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

  5. In case the delivery of the purchased product is no longer possible, the seller shall notify the buyer about this situation within 3 days after finding this out. And the total amount must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.

  6. If the buyer fails to pay the value of the purchased product or cancels the payment via the bank, the obligation for the seller to deliver the product shall end.

  7. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment is used unjustly by unauthorized people after the delivery of the product and the value of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the respective bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the respective product on the contract to the seller within 3 days, provided that the shipping fee is covered by the seller.

  8. If force majeure situations that cannot be foreseen by the seller arise and the seller fails to deliver the product in time, the buyer will be notified about the situation. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the order with a similar product or demand the delivery to be delayed until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment is refunded to the bank within 14 days following the cancellation.

  9. The buyer shall examine the respective product/service before accepting, and should not accept any damaged (teared, stained etc.) or faulty product from the courier. The accepted product/service is deemed as undamaged and solid. The buyer is obliged to protect the product/service carefully after accepting it. If the withdrawal right will be used, the product/service should not be used. The invoice should be returned along with the product.

  10. The buyer may use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the respective goods without reporting any reason or assuming any legal or penal obligation, provided that the seller is notified via the following contact information within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the product to the buyer or the person/organization at the given address.

*** IN RETURN AND REPLACEMENT DEMANDS, THE SHIPPING FEE SHALL BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned shall be sent back without removing its product label or hygiene bands and within its transparent protection bag and original package/box. The product shall be returned exactly as it was when it was received.

 

Open and check the packages that may be damaged during shipment before the courier.

*** The damaged products without a written report cannot be returned.

For the return to be accepted, the product shall be sent back along with its invoice. The return of products that lack the resale quality or are in a state that cannot be offered to another customer will not be accepted, and thus the payment will not be returned.

The payments made for the products, whose returns are approved, will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible.
